BETHLEHEM, TULKAREM, (PIC)– On Monday (23/4), Zionist settlers cut down Palestinian-owned olive trees in the area located between Izbet Shufa and Kafa hamlet, south of Tulkarem and fenced off citizens’ lands in Tekoa town.
An eyewitnesses told PIC that usurpers from the “Avni Hefetz” settlement which is built on Palestinian lands from Kafr Labad and Shufa villages, south of Tulkarem, were guarded by the occupation forces while cutting down dozens of olive trees in the land owned by Abdul Halim Mohamed Ismail using chain-saws.
Furthermore, local sources said that groups of Zionist usurpers who live in the Romen settlement that is adjacent to Tekoa town east of Bethlehem city fenced off 60 dunums of citizens’ land belonging to many families such as Abu Mafrah, Jibrin and Qakohr families, in an attempt to seize them.
